FORMATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Claudio Zambrano has practice law from 1994, and is registered with the Milan bar.
After graduating from the State University of Milan in 1990 (J.D.), he attended the Institut d'Études Européennes (Brussels), where he obtained, with honours, the “Licence spéciale en droit européen” (1991) (LL.M.).
Before joining Studio Legale Avv. Pietro Zambrano e Associati, he worked as a foreign intern at Lafili & Van Crombrugghe (Brussels) and as an associate for Studio Legale Brosio Casati e Associati (Milan).
Claudio Zambrano has always focused on labour and corporate law aspects and has gained experience in different areas of the law, including financial law and investors’ relations.
Claudio Zambrano assists corporations and individuals in civil, corporate and labour matters, both in litigation and out of court settlement activities.
Claudio Zambrano is frequently invited as a speaker at conferences concerning labour law issues and has published several articles on antitrust and labour law. Claudio Zambrano is recommended in the Global Counsel Handbooks (Labour and Employee Benefits section) (since 2002) as one of the top experts in Italy in labour law.
