FORMATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

His practice envisages mainly family law and consulting of associations, foundations and no-profit entities.
He is specialised in canonical law, and has been a member of the Catania University of Jurisprudence commission for exams related to this specific area. He teaches advanced specialisation courses in family law organised by the Catania University of Jurisprudence and by the Italian Association of Family lawyers.
He has published hundreds of articles related to social and topical matters as a columnist for important newspapers and magazines.
He is often retained as an expert witness concerning counterfeited documents in litigations requiring investigations on such aspects.
