FORMATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Valentina Sorrentino graduated with first class honours from the State University of Milan in 2004, with a thesis in EU Law. She has practiced law from 2008 and is registered with the Milan bar.
Her work includes litigation and advising clients on several matters of civil law, included privacy and investors’ protection.
She has taken part to various seminars and courses, included “English law for business”, organised by Elsa (European Law Student Association), a course on legal English organised by EFLIT, English for Law and International Transactions, and “English for Law and International Transactions Summer 2009 - Ethics and Professional Conduct”.
She also cooperated to revise the comments to some articles of the Italian Financial Code, Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, published by Alpa and to preparing articles on employment law.
